Black Residence is the second of 2 stories. Stephen King & Peter Straub. I am the only one who knows of any other members in this collection. It was too frightening or dull for me. Stephen King As I have been publishing publications for many decades, I also assumed that it was possible to identify the origins of all of them. It was fascinating, even though it had some negative aspects.

The story opens with the introduction of French Landing in Wisconsin. Our visit to the community reveals that the area has been plagued with a series of young murders. Jack Sawyer is the hero of The Talisman and has now left the LAPD to continue his stay in French Landing. It was amazing to see how much I didn’t know about either publication. This publication was first published in 2001, many years after THE TALISMAN. That writer was one of my favorites. King Straub and Straub might be serving you. book 3, the final in the trilogy. That is what I hope.

BLACK HOUSE wasn’t as appealing to me as THE AMULET. I give it 4.5 stars and round it up to 5. It began in the first few chapters, and then it continued throughout the book, with an omniscient narration telling the story. This was not my preferred method of learning about the story’s events.

This installment comes twenty years after the events of book one. Jack Sawyer’s current expansion is underway. He is a retired investigator in murder and currently resides in French Landing, Wisconsin. He has already helped the local police chief to address a difficult situation. There is currently a serial predatory child on the loose at the site, and the authorities chief requests his assistance again.

Jack has blocked the events that occurred to him when he was twelve years old. He can’t remember how. As the events become more intense in this story, his memories of the past slowly return. He also discovers that he is chasing more than just a child murderer in this world.

You should read these publications, which mix fantasy and scary, if you don’t have them.
