It’s great, so easy and fun! book The book contains wonderful stories as well insights that are easy to relate to the business world. I found this book to be beneficial on more levels than I anticipated. It covers management, administration and coaching as well parenting. The best thing about this publication is its excellent management section. It does a wonderful job of highlighting all the possible styles and how they can be used in different situations. Abrashoff The Navy’s inner workings, command structure, and various styles of command are discussed openly. He also provides excellent insights into how he was able to lead in a manner that could almost have been considered subordinate or disrespectful. He illustrates how setting clear goals and linking them can assist in decision making, empowerment, peer relationship, and understanding and also expecting the demands of superiors as much as consumers.

Captain Abrashoff Has a lot to offer and share in leadership styles and techniques. He was a great leader in the rehabilitation of the USS Benfold team. It was great fun to read this publication.
